Final Paper Package Submission
Accepted paper submission (includes both long
and short papers)
Please notice that by sending your final
paper package to CDVE2022, you agree to fulfill
the obligation of making one registration
per paper with the registration fee paid as
required. This registration fee is not
refundable. Only the papers with
registration fee paid will be published in the
proceedings book. Please send your final package
.zip file to the conference email: cdve2022
at easychair.org before June 25,
2022. If you are later than June 25, 2022,
you should pay the normal registration fee. The
mail title should include your paper number as
"paper no. ... final version". At the same time,
upload your final paper in .pdf format to the
Easychair system in the same submission number.
Update any author information to your submission
page. Correct any errors in the author
information including emails.
The final paper package .zip file (not other
form) should include:
1) All related files of your paper strictly
following the instructions of LNCS
templates. The format can be : choice 1: .pdf +
.doc file. choice 2: .pdf and all your files in
Latex.
Please control the page width exactly as the
template. Please put your author information
into the final paper. Please do not make the
page wider or you will delay the process of
your paper. If you have extra pages, make your
payment for them on the registration form.
2) LNCS signed copyright form - Consent to
publish form, you can download it here.
Please put Editor Name(s):
Yuhua Luo. Please make sure that you sign the
form correctly.
3) Registration payment proof copy at least one
author per paper. If you are late, you can pay
normal registration fee.
Paper Submission
Full paper submission - 10 to 12 pages. No
author information. Please blind it out for
review.
Each paper should include and only include:
Title, keywords, abstract and main text. Totally
10 to 12 pages. We use double blind evaluation
which means the reviewer and the paper authors do
not know the information with each other. Please
do not show the authors names nor affiliation
information.
You should follow strictly the LNCS instructions
and format to submit your paper.
Authors should consult
Springer’s
authors’ instructions and use their
proceedings templates, either for LaTeX in
Overleaf
or for Word, for the preparation of their papers.
You can now include
embedded
videos in proceedings papers. Springer
encourages authors to include their
ORCIDs
in their papers. In addition, when submit your
final paper after the paper is accepted, the
corresponding author should act on behalf of all
of the authors to complete and sign a
Consent-to-Publish form. The corresponding author
signing the copyright form should match the
corresponding author marked on the paper. Once the
files have been sent to Springer, changes relating
to the authorship of the papers cannot be made.

You will need an Easychair account to submit your
abstract. If you do not have an account in
Easychair before, you can sign up an account on
this page by clicking the link "Create an

If you have submitted an abstract, please use the
same account to submit your paper using resubmit.
Short paper submission - 6 pages. Please
blind out your author information for review.
All the requirement is the same for short papers
except that the paper should be limited to 6 pages
and the contents can be intermediate results of a
project.
The papers will pass a peer review and only
accepted papers will be published in the
proceedings book.
Poster Paper submission
Abstract submission: please use Easychair system
to submit your poster paper abstract. You can
upload it as .pdf. You can submit to this
URL.

Poster papers will not be included in the
proceedings. It will have a time slot during the
conference for display if accepted. Some poster
papers may have a chance to present orally.
