Registration

The early registration fee is 750 AUD and the normal registration fee is 950 AUD. The registration fee will include the publication for one accepted paper, one copy of the LNCS CDVE2016 proceedings book, admission for one person to all the conference sessions, conference reception activity, conference dinner, all the coffee breaks. Please notice that the Australian service tax (10%) is not included in the following rates.

Author rate: Early rate by July 10, 750 AUD, After July 10, 950 AUD
At least one author per paper should make registration and pay the early registration fee by July 10, 2016. We cannot include and publish your paper in the conference proceedings without the registration paid. After this date, normal rate is applied.

Committee members, member of organization institutions
Non-author committee members, non-author member of organization institutions, there is no time limit

Other authors, poster paper authors and all other participants rate
All other accepted paper authors and all participants

How to make registration

Option 1, pay by credit card in AUD:
enter the University of Tasmania e-payment system to make your registration and payment online. Here is the link that you can click: Credit card online payment
Please notice that 10% of Australian GST tax is included in each item in the registration form.

Option 2, pay by bank transfer in USD: please send a mail to our registration team and ask for the registration form. After you fill up the registration form and make the bank transfer, send it back to the same mailing address with your form and the bank transfer payment page copy. Please make sure that you put your paper number in the mail title to avoid confusion.
