Final Paper Package Submission

Accepted paper submission (includes both long and short papers)
Please notice that by sending your final paper package to CDVE2024, you declare that your paper has never been published anywhere. You also agree to fulfill the obligation of making one registration per paper with the registration fee paid as required. This registration fee is not refundable.  Long paper is limited to 10 pages and short papers 6. Extra pages can be purchased in the registration form.

Only the papers with registration fee paid will be published in the proceedings book. Please send your final package .zip file (no .tar file) to the conference email: cdve2024 at easychair.org before June 25, 2024.  If you are later than June 25, 2024, you should pay the normal registration fee. The mail title should include your paper number as "paper no. ... final version". At the same time, upload your final paper in .pdf format to the Easychair system in the same submission number. Update any change in your final paper on the Easychair such as paper title, author information to your submission page. Correct any errors in the author information including emails. The publisher proceeding editor will need the correct mail to contact you.

The final paper package .zip file (not other form) should include:

1) All related files of your paper strictly following the instructions of  LNCS templates. The format can be : choice 1: .pdf + .doc file. choice 2: .pdf and all your files in Latex.
Please control the page width exactly as the template. Please put your author information into the final paper. Please do not make the page wider or you will delay the process of your paper. If you have extra pages, make your payment for them on the registration form.
2) LNCS signed copyright form - License to publish your paper. You should download it here.
This is a new form. Please make sure that one authorized author sign the form correctly     representing the co-authors.
3) Registration payment proof copy at least one author per paper. Either a receipt of the registration fee or a bank transfer copy. If you pay after June 25, 2024, you can pay normal registration fee. If the paper is longer than the permitted length, you should page extra page fee in the registration form.

Authors should consult Springer’s Instructions for Authors of Proceedings and use either the LaTeX or the Word templates provided on the authors’ page for the preparation of their papers.

Springer encourages authors and editors of proceedings to include their ORCIDs in the proceedings. Another feature we now offer is the inclusion of embedded videos in proceedings papers.

Paper Submission

Full paper submission - 10 pages. Short  paper submission - 6 pages. With NO author information. Please blind it out for review.
Each paper should include and only include:
Title, keywords, abstract and main text. Totally 10 pages. We use double blind evaluation which means the reviewer and the paper authors do not know the information with each other. Please do not show the authors names nor affiliation information.

You should follow strictly the LNCS instructions and format to submit your paper.

Authors should consult Springer’s authors’ instructions and use their proceedings templates, either for LaTeX in Overleaf or for Word, for the preparation of their papers. You can now include embedded videos in proceedings papers. Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers. In addition, when submit your final paper after the paper is accepted, the corresponding author should act on behalf of all of the authors to complete and sign a Consent-to-Publish form. The corresponding author signing the copyright form should match the corresponding author marked on the paper. Once the files have been sent to Springer, changes relating to the authorship of the papers cannot be made.

The papers will pass a peer review and only accepted papers will be published in the proceedings book.

Poster paper submission

Poster abstract submission: please use Easychair system to submit your poster paper abstract. Please indicate that it is a poster in your abstract by using "Poster Abstract" at the beginning. You can upload it as .pdf. The URL is:  http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=cdve2024
Poster papers will not be included in the proceedings.

Accepted poster paper submission
Bring your one page poster to the conference according to the conference program to display. Poster presentation size is one page A0 or A1. It should contain:

Title, Author names, Affiliations, emails, abstract, keywords, and main text outlines in a couple small sections with figures.  Extra pages are available by purchasing in your early registration form online. It will have a time slot during the conference for display if accepted. Some poster papers may be chosen to present orally.
