Abstract submission is highly recommended even
it is not required.

author names, affiliations, emails, keywords,
and the abstract. Maximum 2 pages with A4 size.
All the CDVE papers will pass a
peer to peer review before finally being accepted.
You will receive the review reports in the
acceptance notification email.
You can choose to submit one of the two
types of complete papers
depending on the
nature of your research result.
Full paper submission - up to 10 pages.
Each paper should include and only include:

We encourage authors to include their ORCIDs in
the paper. Another feature LNCS now offers is the
inclusion of embedded videos in proceedings papers
which can be played in the paper online version.
You should follow strictly the LNCS instructions
and format to submit your paper.

stage, you donít need to send copyright forms,
only a copy of .pdf of your paper in the right
Authors should consult Springerís authorsí
guidelines and use their proceedings templates,
either for LaTeX or for Word, for the preparation
of their papers. Springer encourages authors to
include their ORCIDs in their papers. In addition,
the corresponding author of each accepted paper,
acting on behalf of all of the authors of that
paper, must complete and sign a Consent-to-Publish
form, through which the copyright for their paper
is transferred to Springer. The corresponding
author signing the copyright form should match the
corresponding author marked on the paper. Once the
files have been sent to Springer, changes relating
to the authorship of the papers cannot be made.

Poster papers will not be included in the
proceedings. It will have a time slot during the
conference for display if accepted. Some poster
papers may have a chance to present orally.

main text outlines in a couple small sections
