CDVE2026 Registration
The CDVE2026 early registration fee will be 650 USD.
Normal registration 750 USD. All the registration fee
should be paid by USDs.
Each accepted papers should have at least one author
making registration to publish the paper in the
proceedings. Only the papers with at least one author paid
registration fee will be included in the proceedings book.
Other co-authors can make registration as other
participants. Check the important
dates for registration deadlines.
All co-authors and interested parties are welcome to make
registration and participate the conference.
CDVE2026 Hotel Reservation
A recommended hotel is open for reservation. Other

To ensure a comfortable stay, we have arranged a special
rate for conference participants at the Best Western

To book your room at the negotiated conference rate,
please contact info@residenzhotel.de and specify the reservation
code Kirschner_CDVE and your dates of stay. As
the number of rooms available at this rate is limited,
we encourage you to make your reservation at your
earliest convenience.

Important Notes: This booking is provisionally
reserved for you until 20 July 2026. Please note that,
any cancellation after this date, we will charge 80% of
the total cost if we are unable to rebook the room.
