Abstract submission -  Feb. 15, 2012

Send your abstract in .pdf format to the Easychair system at the following URL:

You will need an Easychair account to submit your abstract. If you do not have it before, you can sign up an account on this page by clicking the link  sign up for an account.

Each abstract should include and only include:
Title, author names, affiliations, emails, keywords, and the abstract. Maximum 2 pages with A4 size.

What will be expected after abstract submission:
You will receive an acknowledge mail from the Easychair system. We will process your abstract and you will receive a second notification two weeks after if your abstract is not ok. If you do not hear from us after two weeks, this means your abstract is ok and you can go ahead to write your full paper. The full paper will be peer reviewed and only accepted papers will be published in the proceedings.

CDVE Complete Paper submission

Authors can send papers without previously submitting an astract.

You should follow strictly the LNCS instructions and format to submit your paper.

At this stage, you don’t need to send copyright forms, only a copy of .pdf of your paper in the right format.
