CDVE2008 call for poster papers is still open on a case by case base.
You can send your poster paper to cdve2008@uib.es with your email
subject line containing the word "Poster
paper" and the
name of your file package in .zip. If your package is too big,
please
provide a URL that we can download it.
As a poster paper, you should concentrate on the the objective, major
approach and major results of
your work. All the contributions and intermediate results on
cooperative design, cooperative visualization, cooperative engineering
and other cooperative cooperations that have never been published are
welcome. See more information on the

links. Each poster paper .zip package should include:
One page Powerpoint presentation size A0 or A1 which contains:
Title, Author names, Affliations, emails, abstract, keywords, and main
text outlines in a couple small sections with figures.

es. Early submission is highly recommended. Your email subject line
should contain the word "Final" and the name of your file
package in .zip. If your
package is too big, please provide a URL that we can download it.
Each final paper .zip package should include:
1) All files of your paper in one of the two choices using
LNCS
templates:
choice 1) .pdf with .doc or choice 2) in Latex
2) The signed
copyright form and
name it with the first author initial, last name as FWangCopyright.pdf
. Without your signed copyright form, we
can not publish your paper.
3) At least one author's early registration form.
If you have more than one paper, please seperate each paper in one
package.
4) Proof of payment of the author early registration (bank transfer
sheet copy).
The name of the .zip file should be the same in the acceptance mail we
sent
you which contains: initial , last name and the country
code of the first author. Example: FWangEs.zip(Es stands for
Spain. For US, please
put .us).
No header, no page numbers should appear in your paper pages.
Each paper should include and ONLY include:
Title, Author names, Affliations, emails, abstract, keywords, and main
text. Maximum
8 pages with A4 size. Extra pages are available by purchasing in your
early
registration form.
Please follow strictly the format required by the Lecture Notes
in Computer Science LNCS series, Springer-Verlag. You should
download
the corresponding format templates you choose from their website.
Please do not make the page wider than the template. See
Information for LNCS Authors.
Accepted short paper
package submission:
All requirement is the same as full paper except the
length of the paper is limited to 4 pages and the deadline is June 20,
2008. In the mail, the subject line should include the word
"Final Short".
Each paper should include and only include:
Title, Author names, Affliations, emails, short abstract, one line
keywords, and main
text in single space. Maximum 4 pages with A4 size. You should
download
the corresponding LNCS format templates you choose from their
website.
