Final Paper Package Submission
The final accepted paper package .zip file should
include:
1) All related files of your paper strictly following
the instructions of LNCS templates. Please see
the LNCS
format instruction.
The format can be : choice 1: .pdf + .doc
file. choice 2: .pdf and all your files in Latex.
Please control the page width exactly as the template.
Please do not make the page wider. We extend the
full paper page limit to 12 pages and short paper to
8 pages. If you have extra pages,
you can make your payment for them on the
registration form.
2) LNCS signed Licence to Publish form - you
can download it from our web page.

Please make sure that one
corresponding author signs the form correctly.
3) Registration payment proof copy at least one
author per paper. The registration will be open soon.
Where to send: Please prepare your final paper package
in .zip file (please do not use .tar) with the paper
number as the name and send to cdve2026 @ easychair.org.
The mail title should be "Paper 11 final package" where
"11" is your paper number. If your paper package is too
large, send a URL for us to download it.
At the same time, please upload your final paper in .pdf
format to the Easychair system in the same submission
number. Update any title and author information, emails
to your submission page if there is any change. It is
important since we will use this for the proceedings
book editing.

Poster paper submission
Poster abstract submission: please use Easychair system to
submit your poster paper abstract. Please indicate that it
is a poster in your abstract by using "Poster Abstract" at
the beginning. You can upload it as .pdf. The URL

Poster papers will not be included in the
proceedings but will be display in the conference.
Abstract submission (not obligated) - 1 page with
paper title, abstract and keywords. Please make sure that
at least one keyword is in our call for paper themes. Abstract
submission is recommended but not required. We will send
you feedback before you write the full paper. Authors can
submit a full paper directly without the abstract
submission step.
Full paper submission - 12 pages. Short
paper submission - 6 pages with NO author information.
Please blind it out for review.
Each paper should include and only include:
Title, keywords, abstract and main text. Totally 12 pages.
We use double blind evaluation which means the reviewer
and the paper authors do not know the information with
each other. Please do not show the authors names nor
affiliation information.
You should follow strictly the LNCS instructions
and format to submit your paper.
Authors should consult Springer’s
authors’ instructions and use their proceedings
templates. You can use either LaTeX in Overleaf
or for Word, for the preparation of their papers. Here is
the
guideline with the correct paper format. You can now
include embedded
videos in proceedings papers. Springer encourages
authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers. In
addition, when submit your final paper after the paper is
accepted, the corresponding author should act on behalf of
all of the authors to complete and sign a
Consent-to-Publish form. The corresponding author signing
the copyright form should match the corresponding author
marked on the paper. Once the files have been sent to
Springer, changes relating to the authorship of the papers
cannot be made.
The papers will pass a peer review and only accepted
papers will be published in the proceedings book.
